Arbitrators Appointed in Latin American ICSID Cases
This chart sets forth a complete list of all arbitrators appointed in cases involving a Latin American respondent State before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) since the first contemporary case registered against a Latin American State in 1996. It is based on 155 pending and concluded cases and reflects the frequency of appointments in original proceedings only, and does not include individuals who have served on annulment committees or in other proceedings. This chart also indicates Spanish capacity based on publicly available information. The list is current as of December 31, 2012.
