[9] On July 6, 2009, Ecuador denunciated the ICSID Convention. In accordance with Article 71 of the Convention, the denunciation took effect six months after the receipt of Ecuador's notice (on January 7, 2010). As of that date, Ecuador is no longer listed as member of the ICSID Convention.
